In addition to the prices stated, we charge EUR 5.99 per order for delivery to Germany. Free shipping from an order value of 69 EUR in Germany.

Deliveriesabroad:
In addition to the prices stated, we charge EUR 13.99 per order for deliveries outside Germany.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

The costs per return order (Germany € 5.99 / abroad € 13.99) will be deducted from the refund. If shipping costs were incurred for sending the goods with the order, these will not be refunded.

Caring for and cleaning our glasses is very simple and straightforward. Our glasses are dishwasher-safe, which means you can easily clean them in the dishwasher. Alternatively, we recommend hand washing with warm water and a mild detergent to protect the glass surface. Dry the glasses thoroughly afterwards to avoid water marks.

Make sure that the glasses do not come into contact with sharp objects to avoid scratches. Store them in a dry and dust-free place, ideally in a special glass storage unit or display case. By regularly checking for damage or scratches, you can ensure that your glasses remain flawless for a long time and continue to give you pleasure.
